I had a good experience at this Starbucks inside the Albertsons location in Tustin. Monique was my barista and she made my drink perfect- not too sweet and full kick! I asked her if she can make a HOT brown sugar oat milk (it's usually iced). It was quite tasty and I think it's better than the iced version. Thank you Monique for being friendly and making my request perfectly!
I usually avoid in-store Starbucks because of a previous negative experience, but the cashier at this location changed my mind. His name is Allan, and he provided excellent customer service—he was genuinely friendly. He also recommended a drink, which he prepared perfectly. It was delicious! Allan, your efforts didn’t go unnoticed—keep up the great work!
Only because I think is overrated and over price and I don't think is the best coffee around. However, the staff here is nice and attentive and that's one reason to stop by and get your fresh grounded coffee and pastries.
