I went in today right before 6:30 pm for a small drip coffee. The lady told me it's cold, would you like a pour-over? I wasn't happy about that, but I said that's fine. The total was $2.95, more than a drip coffee would have been. It's not my fault you don't keep up with that. I used to work at Starbucks over 8 years ago. I'm not happy she just didn't charge me for a small drip. I asked for half n half because they kept absolutely no creamer or sugar out. When I finally got my coffee, walked outside, and took a sip, I would have preferred a little bit more creamer. I really enjoy going to this Starbucks location! The staff is extremely friendly and always goes the extra mile to ensure I have a great experience. The drinks are consistently excellent, and I can always depend on my favorite orders being prepared just right. It's evident that the team takes pride in their work and cares about their customers. I highly recommend visiting this Starbucks for a cheerful and enjoyable coffee experience!
This is my third time here, and out of all the Starbucks I've been too, this is my least favorite. My order is always late, I get it if it's a little late but today it's 10 minutes late after my eta and I ordered through the Starbucks app, this is ridiculous.
