The WORST starbucks in the area. The drive thru wait time is completely unnacceptable. No one should be waiting 30 minutes long. This all falls on bad management and bad training. Having once worked for this company I cant believe this location continues to operate like this. Today was one of many days ive had an issue. I timed how long I was in the drive thru. When I got to the window the baristas did not acknowledge me for another 10 min before taking payment, then after payment i was waiting ANOTHER 10 min, only for a blonde girl to ask me what i ordered because they either 1. gave out the wrong drink and didnt admit it OR 2. they had no idea what order was what because they either didnt...
I have no choice but to give this place 1 star, but honestly, I'd rate it zero if I could! I arrived at 5:30 PM on a Saturday and found the drive-thru lane completely blocked and the front doors locked, despite the posted hours indicating they close at 9 PM! Inside, there were two employees cleaning and putting up chairs, which was puzzling. As I was leaving, I saw another customer desperately asking one of the employees to make him a drink, but it was clear they had no intention of reopening. If these young workers prioritize their Saturday nights over doing their jobs properly, maybe the management should consider hiring more responsible staff. There are certainly better-suited candidates...
Regarding dietary restrictions, Starbucks offers a variety of options. They have dairy-free choices, sugar-free options, and artificial sweeteners for those who want the sweetness of sugar without the carbs. I believe they even provide dairy-free creamers. As for kid-friendliness, children love visiting for the hot chocolate and hot apple cider, among other treats. It’s been a while since I had a little one who wanted something from the menu. In terms of accessibility, every Starbucks I've been to has outstanding wheelchair access, allowing everyone to easily enter or use the drive-thru for their coffee, tea, or blended frappuccinos.
Worlds slowest Starbucks. 30 minutes just to get to the order kiosk in the drive thru. Absolutely ridiculous. We had to repeat the order at least 5 times and the order was still wrong. Book a table now
This store frequently closes early, sometimes as early as 8:30 PM. This has happened many times, and I'm not sure why.
rude and unprofessional didn't want to take my cash for my order and wasted my time in the drive thru
