Extremely unfriendly baristas here. They don't acknowledge you, they don't smile, they don't say hi, they don't say thank you. Absolutely nothing. The location and the store are great and it's very clean. But the workers are just extremely terrible or they are not well trained for customer service. This store needs new staff. Please go to the other Starbucks locations in town. The one next to Safeway is much friendlier.
This review if for Lovely individual working the drive thru window 12:17 today. I'm a Chai Tea lover. She suggested that I add Gingerbread Syrup instead of additional Chai Pumps....mind blown, taste bud explosion. I now have a new favorite fall drink. Also she helped me with my Starbucks app which was greatly appreciated. Kudos to you!!!! Keep up the suggestions!!
When did they start sending empty bags through DoorDash? It's ridiculous that they notified me they ran out of food. I could have chosen something else, but now I’m left with only a coffee and no meal. Thanks for nothing. I even had to go in to get my own refund because you didn’t offer any discount for not providing my order.
It took about 45 minutes to receive my coffee, even though I ordered online. Other wait times are shorter, but everything still seems to take an eternity. On one occasion, I received half of my order, and then had to wait another 20 minutes for the rest. Book a table now
They were rude and didn’t get my drink right. I don’t have a lot of money to spend on myself but when I go out of my way to get $7 coffee I expect it to be what I ordered. I would never return to this store in the last 4 years
We tried to walk into the lobby at 5:15 pm on a Friday and the lobby was closed. We then waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for one drink. One car ahead of us. Bad service, bad experience for an expensive coffee.
They ran out of chocolate croissants.I got a brownie instead and it didn't hit the same. :(Cashier was so sweet, I almost didn't need to order a dessert tho. ?? 10/10 service.
I was a bit disappointed that there weren't any power outlets to charge our laptops, which is why we had to leave. Everything else was fine, though. Book a table now
Got some gift cards. Loved that I was able to purchase through the drive thru. Fast service
