I'm puzzled. I honestly don't know why there's so much hating going on for this Starbucks location. Located inside Vons in the Vons/Trader Joe's plaza; it should be noticed that this is NOT a Starbucks corporate site. It's one of their franchise sites that are usually located inside grocery stores. There's a similar Starbucks located in a nearby Albertson's as well as the Target in Citrus Plaza. The employees inside this spot are Vons employees, not Starbucks. To be fair this location has always been happily average. Whereas it is convenient to get a caffeinated pick-me-up whilst shopping; it's certainly for to-go orders only; there's no seating at this location. The workers here are usually...
I have never encountered such unfriendly employees at a Starbucks before. They have an attitude when you ask for an extra cup of ice. I visit Starbucks frequently, but I only come to this location because I work in the shopping center and it's convenient when I can't stop by Eureka. Generally, most Starbucks have friendly staff, but not here. I believe the management at Vons should reassess their Starbucks employees. This makes my trips to Vons very unpleasant. I hope they can help create the positive atmosphere that I believe the corporate team aims for at Starbucks and Vons.
The Starbucks looked dirty like it isn 't cleaned regularly. They have no oven according to worker so all pastries are served cold. You can 't scan your rewards because they only scan barcodes again according to the server. I just don 't understand why have a Starbucks if you 're not going to keep it up to date and clean.
Ordered a iced coffee with almond milk. Pretty sure there was regular milk. An also the cup was filled to the top with ice. I'm lactose so that ruined my day an I really don't understand the ice part. There was no need for that much ice. So I took like 5 drinks an the venti was gone : Book a table now

The service was terrible. The man and woman working there completely ignored me while I waited in line, even though there was no one else waiting. I decided to leave and go to Coffee Bean instead, where the service and atmosphere were definitely much better!
Yummy got my fall and winter favorite...Carmel apple spice. Hot Apple cider with yummy Starbucks Carmel sauce and spices. So cozy and no caffeine.
