Absolutely terrible! My drink was made COMPLETELY wrong! How do you mess up on a drink when the employee herself was reading the drink off the Starbucks app to order it exactly the way it is??! The drink she basically ordered for me had 3 shots of espresso. Dude. That is way too much. I was wondering why my heart felt palpitations and my head was feeling off. IF YOU CANNOT READ, PLEASE GO BACK TO SCHOOL. images attached for the horrendous mess up. What I wanted versus what was ordered for me.
As I strolled through Macy's, I was delighted to spot the familiar green mermaid logo of Starbucks glowing on the wall. What a nice surprise! I hadn't expected to find a Starbucks inside a department store. Naturally, I decided to give it a try. I ordered a large drip coffee, and the staff was very helpful, adding some ice cubes to cool it down so I could enjoy it right away.
There are no tables or chairs, or really any space at all. It's situated right next to the entrance of Macy's, so the line often blocks the door, causing people to bump into each other. They weren't able to prepare any Frappuccinos or hot chocolate due to some technical problems. I ordered a cappuccino, but it was lacking in flavor.
I recently visited Starbucks and was warmly greeted by an employee named Frank. He provided exceptional service and even suggested that I try their new pistachio flavor. Then, another employee named Lenita prepared my drink, and it was fantastic! Thank you both for such a wonderful Starbucks experience! Book a table now
