This is the Starbucks inside the Target in Davis, CA. First, whoever scheduled one girl to work by herself on Saturday of Labor Day weekend, you need some training on scheduling. Second, whoever trained this poor girl did a terrible job. She was taking a single order and then making it before taking another order. Did I mention that when the guest ordered 4 drinks, we had to wait until she made ALL of them before taking another drink order? The guest in front of me turned out to be a Target employee ordering another 4 drinks, so I knew everyone else and I would be waiting another 30 minutes, and I had to go to work. I manage retail, I know what it's like to be short-staffed, I also know that...
The staff at this location are always friendly, but they often find themselves working alone, which can lead to a hectic environment. Usually, there's just one person taking orders and preparing drinks, so it's important to be patient and kind to them—they're doing their best to serve you during a pandemic, especially with the staffing shortages affecting everyone. I have no complaints about their service or the quality of the beverages. I would gladly give almost any of the employees a five-star rating, as a few of them even learned my regular order when I visited frequently. The only reason I wouldn't give a full five stars is due to some mismanagement, particularly when employees are left...
It's a Starbucks. Just as standard as all other Starbizzles.There is a nice interior space that hosts many tables, but most of them are perpetually occupied by students. If you are going to work there and can find a table, then it is nice that about half the seated spots have electrical outlets.
It's a Starbucks, just like all the others. The interior is pleasant and has plenty of tables, but they are usually taken up by students. I am a huge fan of mango dragonflies refreshers. These are a wonderful way to wind down and rehydrate after a busy pharmacy day.
The location was not clean, seemed understaffed, and lacked tables and chairs. I will be avoiding this Starbucks in the future.
No complaints. They made my coffee right and were friendly about it. What more could you ask for?
