My Granddaughter and I went to Target in Rancho Santa Marg. yesterday. She loves Starbucks and was so excited to see they are finally open. She ordered her drink and when she got it, it was not prepared like she ordered. Also, the woman that waited on her was very rude and threw her change down on the counter. My Granddaughter was too afraid to tell them about her drink but found me in the store and told me the story. I took the drink back and told the woman that it was not as ordered. She argued about it and finally said, "Do you want us to make it again?" I said that would be fine but make sure it is not blended. They remade it again just like the first time. Well... what can I say!? It's definitely not the best Starbucks I have been to. The good thing is that there are other Starbucks close by. The staff at this location may need to be reminded to be nice to their customers. Or to be a bit more friendly. They do not have to have a full on conversation with a customer, but when the customer is asking how your day is, the polite thing to do would be to respond. And something is always broken here for some reason. First it was the blender, then it was the cashier. I would definitely advise to choose another Starbucks! There are two about 3-5 minutes away (Antonio Pkwy La Promesa) they are both in a shopping center. One is an actual individual Starb...
I come to this Starbucks all the time the girls are very friendly and know me by name. I do feel bad for the girls because there's always just one of them and they're always working so hard and I see so many people be rude to them and they are trying their hardest. The Starbucks is always very clean and they always try their hardest to make it right. If I'm ever unsure of what I want they always have suggestions for me this is my forever Starbucks inside of target thank you girls for all your hard work that you do and I'm sorry for all the horrible people you have to tolerate and put up with.
One of the worst Starbucks we have ever been to. They are constantly out of cold brew. It 's a constant sight to see a handwritten note taped on the glass that says No Cold Brew today when we asked about it to an employee she said the manager says it 's not worth it and it takes too much time. How ridiculous. Not sure if this is true or what the reason is but it 's a very busy location, why can 't they have what is promised in the menu. Hell with it, there 's another coffee place that does an amazing cold brew on the next street over. Book a table now
I was extremely pleased with our order today, I order about 5 drinks for my team members, all of them wanted extra caramel on their frappes, I got complements from all of them about how good those drinks were. The baristas did an amazing job! Not only the drinks were amazing but service was on point friendly staff. Nothing compared to the other locations. I usually order from the other location next to our work place, but from now on I rather drive the extra mile to this location!
I wanted to let Target know that I come to this Starbucks regularly. I don't know why but it is always understaffed, probably hard to hire and keep good staff post covid. Dispite this my drink is always perfect, the baristas are friendly and they take the time to chat and make my day special. A big thank you to the staff here for all the hard work even though the customers are so rude and unkind, they deserve better!!!
Finally…. This Starbucks gets renovated, looks more spacious, it is very well lit, looks 10x cleaner! Well done.Customer service was good, the lady at the counter was engaging, energetic, and friendly.We just ordered our usual, a Decaf Americano and a Frappuccino. They were prepared quickly and they were good too. Starbucks was not busy at all when we were there.
The worst watered down cappuccino ever !! Never going here again ! If I had not left already would have made the girl re do it .. what a waste of $4 Book a table now
