We ordered 3 iced pumpkin cream chai lattes and a bacon gouda. The barista entered 3 pumpkin spice lattes and was rude about it when we corrected her mistake, saying that we ordered it wrong. She forced us to take the wrong drinks and reorder instead of giving a refund. We left with six drinks instead of 3, 3 of which we did not want or order. We are very unsatisfied and unhappy with our Starbucks experience. We will not return.
Coffee is innapropriately hot, and overfilled. How do I know? Top was poorly secured and I promptly spilled the 200+ degree drink all over myself as i made my way to my vehicle. Starbucks is a dissapointment. Just make Coffee yourself, or go to aroma joes.
Went to pickup my order only to find out that someone had already picked it up, took some convincing to get it remade for me.It's frustrating how this pickup system works (or doesn't work)
Sausage egg and bacon wrap was so cold I couldn't finish it, they took 15 minutes to take my order. Closes at 2:30 pm because staff is lazy and Book a table now
