I've been to a lot of Starbucks around the country, and this one probably has the slowest service I've ever seen. Today (like several recent visits), it took 15 minutes to get a regular coffee with cream sugar...not a fancy blended drink...and they weren't particularly busy. At many Starbucks locations, the Barista will turn and pour my coffee and have it ready to go by the time I put my wallet away. At this location, an order for a simple coffee gets lost in the shuffle. The staff, while nice and polite, seem disorganized and they have no idea what they're doing. They need some serious additional training in time/task management skills.
Once I entered the store I saw a few people and thought nothing of it. But soon, people were getting their drinks after a while but I finally got mine after 30 MINUTES!! That’s insane. Normally, I order from this store but after today, I think not.
I ordered iced white mocha with peppermint cold foam and I get a cold brew everything veas correct von screen then I still get cold brew I tipped even though i waited in line for 20 mins just to get the wrong drink.
This Starbucks is my all time favorite! The drinks are always on point. The drive through is normally pretty quick even when its crowded. Good job guys! Thank you! I love my iced caramel macchiato! Mmmm... Book a table now
I order for drive thru and they made my order wrong so the guy told me to park and to wait so i did. i waited for s long outside not knowing I have to come in and grab my order inside.
The wait is ridiculous. They have no idea what they’re doing. Never been to a Starbucks where I’ve waited 25 mins for 1 drink ?
