The worst starbucks ive been to by far. I ordered two drinks, got my first drink right away and then had a 20 minute wait period before i got my next drink. AND they got it wrong twice. The store looks like it has zero organization and they didnt even ask for my name and were just throwing drinks on the counter and not announcing what they were putting up there. They kept telling people “drinks arent made in the order they are ordered” but how is it i have to wait 20 minutes in between drinks on the same order? Its not that hard, you should have a system. Whoever runs or manages that starbucks should be ashamed. They should have paid me to order drinks from that starbucks considering the ser...
Staff is unfriendly, snobby, and rude for a mediocre coffee chain. Guy named Gabe immediately had an attitude when I was nothing but polite he overfilled my coffee no big deal it happens then when I nicely pointed it out he grabbed it spilled some himself didn’t apologize and just gave me a glare. Maybe it sounds petty I’m not asking to be waited on hand and foot but just have some decent manners and basic customer service skills? Maybe it was something about my appearance not sure…what I am sure about is I’m not going to a place again where I don’t feel welcomed or valued…
I really enjoy the coffee from this place; it’s usually just right. However, I've been having an issue lately with the music being too loud. The employee couldn’t hear my order or even my name. When I mentioned that it was too loud, he just ignored my comment, which wasn’t ideal. There’s no need for the volume to be so high. As an update, when I finally received my order, it was incorrect because he didn’t hear what I had asked for. They did promptly replace it, but if the volume had been at a reasonable level, this could have been avoided altogether.

I haven't visited this South Elgin location in a while, and unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. The service was slow, and it took a long time to take my order. While I was waiting, I noticed several other customers receiving their orders incorrectly.
