It’s a few days before Christmas but this Starbucks didn’t seem to be that busy. We got 2 drinks. I waited a bit and started getting concerned when 3 people that ordered behind me got their drinks and mine wasn’t even started yet. When my wife went up to ask what the deal was, the order taker began copping a complete attitude with her. She didn’t acknowledge my wife for 20-30 seconds. The order taker’s first words were “you ordering”? It went downhill from there. It was the craziest thing I have ever seen. She was rude, disrespectful and deserves to be fired. Honestly if I could have given zero I would have. First off when I walked in I didn’t get a correct greeting or one at all. I was rushed to put my order in . My caramel frappe was made soo wrong it was tasteless. Literally only milk. No caramel drizzle at all and I asked for extra drizzle. I didn’t want to seem difficult so I just took it but never again . Nobody asked you to work here it was literally a mess. A waste of money . Super inconvenient and uncomfortable. I also didn’t receive a receipt. She kept giving me wrong change it literally was a nightmare.
Honestly so amazing! I had to be that person and asked them to make me a drink that reminded them of happiness. And I’m in love lol. The best drink I’ve ever gotten!
