I love that when I pull up, the baristas already know who I am without me having to say anything. It could be because I go there often, or maybe they have excellent memories, or maybe they just genuinely care. Whatever the reason, I really appreciate it. Thank you!

I had a great experience at this restaurant, but the drive-thru line can get quite long at certain times of the day.
slow service nmixed up orders and waited long enough for the reception and never got it.
