I tried to place an order through the app and kept getting an error message saying it did not go through. Rather then continuing to try and put the order through again I went into the store and ordered them and paid. After I got home I saw in my account that the app did indeed charge me and I paid in store. So I paid $45 for 2 subs. I called the store and explained what happened, the first call the person said that they would call me back. Never did so I called back again, they said they would call me back after speaking to the manager. All I wanted was a chopped salad. The server barely spoke english. He refuses to speak up when I repeatedly asked him to speak louder so I could hear him. I asked for cheese to be chopped up with everything else, yet he repeatedly tried to put it on the side. His two co-workers just stood to the side watching, did not try to help at all. Even though I made sure to speak clear english, they could not understand me. Then they went and double charged me. I have placed 2 online orders for this subway and both times my orders have been wrong you call and complain only to get told that you are the wrong one not the person who made your order very poor service even worse quality food and then they can't even take responsibility for their mess ups
Not much to say about this place, the dude making the subs was slow, but the food tasted good and there were no errors. The men's latrine was clean, the ladies however wasn't. Would I return? I don't see why not.
