If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The customer service is awful. There is one particular cashier who has a major attitude. They could not find my order in the system and when I showed her my confirmation, she refused to look at my phone. She proceeded to ask if I was at the right location and on the right date. Once I confirmed both were correct she told me I didn't have to be so rude. During the entire conversation I was calm, but that comment she made set me off. She did not want to do anything to make the error on their end right. Come to find out later, the store had canceled my order but still charged my account. Absolutely terrible customer service. This place is clean and it looks like they remodeled the inside. The staff is very friendly. The food is good but prices are too high they charged me $19 for a foot long meal. That's crazy before it wasn't more than $12-$14 for the meal. They charged $4 extra for 4 small pieces of bacon. I won't be coming here anymore, there are other sandwich places where you can get a sandwich for a more affordable price.
I'm a real sandwich guru and so Subway doesn't really do it for me, personally. Though my daughter is an athlete and I have stopped in a couple times to get her sandwiches before or after practice and the staff are incredible. Very helpful, very thoughtful, and so I'll definitely be back, even if not for myself.
Server (K kaur)was so rude. Even she didn’t changed her gloves before preparing my order. Also she overcharged me for chicken strips footlong. When i asked she started giving foolish excuses. Book a table now
The restaurant is very clean and offers delicious food. There's plenty of parking available, and it has good accessibility for wheelchairs.
I experienced excellent service at this restaurant. They accepted my coupons and were accommodating with my special requests.
Buy a veggie footlong sub and get veggies only worth a 6-in sub. And the bread feels like 1-2 day old, very chewy.
