I ordered online from Subway #31942-0, selecting a salad and a steak sandwich. Unfortunately, there were some mistakes with my order. The sauces I requested for each item were placed on both, and the jalapeños I ordered for the sandwich ended up on the salad as well. The sandwich contained only about two tablespoons of meat, while the rest was filled with jalapeños (which typically cost extra when I order in person), along with onions, bell peppers, and an excessive amount of sauces. I don't think I will be returning anytime soon. I didn't take any photos since I was too embarrassed to show them!
9/23/23 Getting lunch! Small wait. Ordered a chicken Italian herb cheese foot long with pepper jack, all veggies, extra jalapeños with baja chipotle and creamy sriracha sauces on the side. Paid for the order and the worker was very kind and wished a good day! Lunchtime! Sandwich split. My half was fresh and delicious! Even better with the side sauces to spice it up! Mother felt the same about her half! Great service and Great, delicious sandwich! Highly recommended
Even though the owner was overly disrespectful to his customers and employees, there was great service provided by his employee. She managed to satisfy every customer in a timely, caring manner.. probably the best subway experience I've had thus far. Thank you Brittney!!! I will be returning ? Book a table now
I'm still getting the hang of ordering at Subway, and the staff member who took my order gave me some strange looks because I wasn't sure how to do it. I would appreciate it if next time there could be a bit more respect and understanding. Thank you!
This subway was my favorite from all Madera but today sucks ? I was not able to get all the veggies I wanted because that's the rules. What? When? This change? Didn't like it, don't like it and I don't think I'm ever gonna return
I love the sandwich I came from Reno and i stop by to Madera and the food was so good and I love the crew her name is Angela she so nice and fast Like she’s welcoming and the food was so good nothing else to say it’s so perfect!!
If you want good customer service DONT come here ! The older Hispanic lady still works here , and she still super rude . Book a table now
This Subway is a lot better than any of the other ones here in town. It's a lot cleaner and a little more friendlier.
