You shouldn’t ask for a tip before the food is made. I told her I want to see my food first before I tip you, she got attitude and said here there’s a no tip option. I told her I didn’t say I wasn’t going to give one, but I’d like to see how my food was made before I tip you. Because as soon as she pressed the no tip button, she went and told the person making my sandwich. (Whom I can’t see btw) so in other words, I don’t recommend going through drive thru. Btw, my sandwich had barely anything on it. So point made.
The rudest people I've ever encountered. They claim to accept coupons, but their website doesn’t process any payment. When I called to ask about this, the woman who answered simply hung up on me. I tried to call back, but she had switched on the fax machine. I would advise against visiting this sandwich shop; they only seem to care about making money, not about their customers.
The kids were talking about a fly in the cookies. When I pointed it out to the employee she pulled the cookie tray out got the fly out of the case after swatting at and replaced the cookies that we had watched the fly walk all over.. what do they do when people are not there?

Never been to a subway with a drive thru. This place is super clean. Employees r really friendly. Really enjoyed have lunch in a cool atmosphere instead of in the hour sun outside
