I love Subway, but this location is terrible. They're the only store that never participates in any of the commercial promos. The FLBOGO footlong buy 1 get 1 for $1 that's going on now and others in the past I've always tried to order and use the promos but never work cause this location doesn't accept them. The food itself can be ok tasting, but a lot of times, even when I'm the only person in there, they are really pushy and try to go way too fast making the sub. I've asked for extra sauce and they'll barely put any on and I'll have to ask like 3 times for more, I've asked for salt on the tomatoes and they'll shake the shaker 1 time on them like that did anything. The staff at this restaurant were friendly, but I found that they didn’t pay much attention to my order. If you're not closely monitoring what they're doing, as I learned the hard way, you might end up with items you didn’t order. They didn’t ask me whether I wanted a 6-inch or a foot-long sub, nor did they inquire about how many subs I wanted. I initially expected my total to be under $25, which would cover a sub, a drink, and a cookie. Instead, I ended up with double the order. Since it was Christmas Eve, I felt uncomfortable about what to do, so I offered to pay for the extra items since they had already prepared them. I regretted that decision afterward when the total came to around $42....
I attempted to place an online order during their special promotion of buy one footlong and get one free. Unfortunately, I encountered issues with the website and couldn't complete the order. When I mentioned this at the counter, they refused to honor the promotion. I ended up paying for the sandwiches anyway, as I often struggle with online ordering. We also requested extra meat on our sandwiches, but it still didn’t feel like there was enough. In hindsight, I should have gone to Jimmy John's instead; their bread is much better.
The food is always delicious, the atmosphere is always pleasant , I enjoy this place more cause of the quality of ingredients, they always make sure they have freshness in the food! I have had moments in past where they were overwhelmed, I feel like the Girls in there don't realize how much they are appreciated! Thank you for the awesome sandwiches ! Book a table now
As always, the food was great, but I noticed that the staff spent more time chatting with each other than interacting with me while I was placing my order. Additionally, I ordered the tuna, but the server only filled the scooper three-quarters full and didn’t give me many vegetables. It felt like she was being a bit stingy on the portions.
Cheap owners they don't honor any Subway deals. No buy one get one free zero discounts allowed. Don't go here. If they are to cheap to allow discounts the will be to cheap to keep up with quality of
