I wish I had checked the reviews before visiting this place! The person taking my order was on a personal phone call the whole time, which was really unprofessional and disrespectful. I ordered meals that came with fountain drinks, but they didn’t inform me that some of the drinks were unavailable. As a result, when I grabbed a Diet Coke from the fridge, I ended up being charged for it. What a rip-off!
The cashier double charged us, saying the first transaction failed, while on the cash register it showed as approved and my card was billed twice.Not sure it was snafu with the credit card company or it was intentional. I tried to call later and the cashier was very rude and uncooperative instead of offering help to fix their billing.One-star for the level of respect for their customers.
No sporadic options, the Indian waiter in the store was very rude, told me that I couldn't use the coupon, my English is not good, I took out my phone and used google translate, but he immediately took back the sign that the discount can't be used, and I told him immediately I'm not taking pictures, but he doesn't understand, and he's not wearing a mask as a clerk!
I had a coupon for two footlongs for $13, which is supposed to be valid at all Subway locations. However, when I went in to use it, the staff told me they don’t accept coupons. I ended up throwing the coupon away and decided I won’t be eating at Subway for a while. Honestly, I’ve never been a big fan of it anyway. Book a table now
Terrible they done even stay open the proper hours. But I bet they claim they are there till 9... no wonder they have coupons for almost free sandwiches... terribly rude customer service.
The current owners do not appear to grasp the fundamentals of running a food business in America. I’m confident this location will close soon, or they will need to find new ownership.
I don't understand the point of wearing gloves when you're going to use those same gloves to clean to touch shelves and use the register, safety should be your number one priority.

Didn't have my order ready by the time it was supposed to be ready, didn't even know the order was there until I showed them on my phone. Lunch break ruined, $2 discount gone.
