I placed an online order but the app accidentally charged the same sandwich twice. I came in before they had started my order and explained what happened and asked if they could not make the extra and just refund it for me. They said no and if I wanted a refund I would have to come in another day because the manager wasn't there. That's so inconvenient and makes no sense. The employees were very nice about it but management needs to step it up. How does it make any sense to not have anyone on the clock that can perform basic refunds?
These people were joking with each other running around the store and thinking it's some game going on. They were extremely unprofessional and the one female didn't know how to make anything. How difficult is it to make a turkey sandwich? This entire crew should be fired
Thus is in regards to the subway in Perris, CA. I thought from TV advertising that subway now slices all the meat fresh to order. Not true. When I ordered last week all the Meats were already sliced. When I asked the guy said they slice the meats in the morning
Stressful experience Rushed to order when no one in line is not a good experience. Especially when you are trying to look at the menu to decide which sandwich you want. So much for having new choices to choose from. Won't be coming back here. Book a table now
I really enjoy visiting this restaurant, especially after work. The night crew is always fantastic, and I have to give an extra star for James. He really brightened my day and made me feel welcomed!
The service here is incredibly slow. There are three staff members on shift, yet I’m still waiting for my pickup after 25 minutes, and there’s only one other customer here.
