Got 2 kids' meals and was charged an extra fee for the milks and cookies, when previously, multiple times, I was given a cookie in place of the toy (they never have) and allowed to substitute milk or a juice box instead of a fountain drink. I didn't receive the toy or extra fountain drinks that I technically paid for as well. Also was told I couldn't get flatbread for my kid's meal. We bought 2 adult meals, so it's obvious I wasn't getting a kids' meal for myself. Brought all of this to attention but was brushed off as it not being so. Tables really dirty as well for as many workers being there. Put someone else on the register and remind staff to clean more.
Wow, this place is really disappointing! I went in looking to grab a couple of sandwiches, but they couldn't even put together a basic one because they were out of tomatoes. I tried to order a tuna sandwich, but they didn't have white bread, tomatoes, or Swiss cheese. We've lived in the area for thirty years and have frequented this place often. I even asked the staff if they knew who would be taking over the space after it closed. The sandwich was $14.00, and I won't be coming back again.
I've never gone here and been disappointed. I've lived within a mile radius to this subway my entire life (i'm 17) and i'm happy to say it's the best subway around. Staff is always nice wether it's someone i've seen forever there or someone who is new at the job and a sophomore in highschool, love it and the food is always great! go there!
Bathroom is very dirty. It makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is. Also I am disabled I could not use the handicap spots do the long line from subway. I'm sure you've heard this before. Book a table now
At the very least, they should wait until customers have left the restaurant before speaking poorly about them. I wish I had caught her name. Regardless, it was completely uncalled for.
Great, fast service by Garrett! Multi tasking to keep the line moving! Great job Garrett! Keep up the good work. It is hard to find good employees.
Walked in at 9:20am and was turned away because “sorry we open in 20 minutes”…someone goofed up with opening up the store today.
Subway has gone downhill, the portions are tiny and the prices have gone through the roof. Will not be going back. Book a table now
I got a sandwich earlier today and decided I just have to say this store has the nicest employees ever!
