They, first off, don't usually accept the coupons that come in the mail, and I don't understand this. The coupons are for Madera residents and this place is in Madera. They do get some homeless people and drunks around there, but they are not a problem if they are not vomiting or asking by following you. They usually have very good sandwiches there, but today, I guess the girl was new and having a bad day. She made me the wrong sandwich and I had to keep telling her what to put in my sandwich. Usually, they ask if I want mayo or mustard or vinegar and oil or salt and pepper, but I had to keep stopping her from finishing my sandwich to ask for those things. I hope whoever is training her will...
The staff at this restaurant are unpleasant and the service is equally poor. They should be dismissed immediately. Their level of disrespect is astonishing, and I can’t understand how they are permitted to work here. Subway, please look into this establishment. I noticed they don’t even wash their hands!
I walked in and found the staff all sitting together on a call. One of the ladies got up to take our orders, but she seemed more focused on the guys who were sitting and chatting. I had to repeat my order multiple times. I won't be returning.
