They need help here. The workers move at a very slow rate. They need to hire more people or something. Two sandwiches being made takes 20 minutes. Now there’s a build-up of 7 people waiting. I check and the lady made the wrong order and my wait is now extended to 25min. The lady here is totally lost. The other people have been waiting for their order and it’s been sitting on the shelf the entire time while they make other people’s sandwiches. They could’ve left a while ago. This Subway has the best staff! The ladies who work here are not only very sweet but also genuinely care for their customers. I dine here three times a week and consistently receive excellent service. The food is always fresh, and the atmosphere is fantastic. The bread is particularly fresh, and they've recently revamped the decor with bright white furniture. I highly recommend this location!
Walked in and was greeted by Elizabeth and Juan tonight. Juan made my sandwiches with care and asked all the right questions. Elizabeth was cheerful and a pleasure to see. Both Juan and Elizabeth were able to answer any questions I had. The store was clean and the prep area looked presentable. Thanks to them for making my evening a little easier and enjoyable.

Update 12/7/23: They've definitely improved! The lovely staff is doing a fantastic job, and orders are now ready for pickup. The only issue that remains is the bags they use. They could benefit from stronger bags or perhaps using multiple bags instead of overloading one when there are many items. Other than that, great work!
I JUST WALKED INTO SUBWAY RIGHT NOW TO ORDER A SANDWICH AND THE GUY BEHIND THE COUNTER STARTED PUTTING STUFF IN MY SANDWICH THAT I'M ALLERGIC TO I TOLD HIM WHAT ARE YOU DOING YOU'RE NOT EVEN PAYING ATTENTION TO YOUR JOB THEY SERIOUSLY NEED TO FIRE EVERYBODY IN THERE AND GET A NEW CREW
