I visited this restaurant last week with a group of four. The woman who prepared our sandwiches had a poor attitude, but I let it slide since I was in a hurry to get to work. After finishing my meal, however, things took a turn. My daughter developed food poisoning just hours later, and I didn’t think much of it at first until I experienced the same symptoms the following morning, along with my mom and sister. This establishment is inconsiderate. I reached out to corporate about our experience, but they showed no concern for our well-being. I spent $60 at this restaurant, and it resulted in three days of stomach pain. I usually have a strong stomach, so for something to upset it this much is...
On November 26th, I visited the Subway in Indio on Highway 111. The staff at the front spoke very little English and seemed unfamiliar with how to sell kids' meals. They attempted to charge me separately for each item and refused to provide the applesauce. I found myself translating the menu for them as it was displayed for customers. I believe this situation stems from a lack of proper training for the employees, and it's not their fault. I wasn't going to make a fuss over two applesauces, but I could see how someone else might have reacted differently.
Excellent location. I had lost faith in Subway for a minute after back-to-back experiences with poorly constructed sandwiches, less than satisfactory ingredients and condescending staff. Not to mention prices going through the roof, although I can’t single out Subway on that.. This franchise has restored my faith! The franchisee really cares about their restaurant and hires/trains friendly and patient employees. It’s no wonder their tip jar is always full. And yes, I have been here multiple times- my experience was no fluke! Book a table now
That's the 5th time I caught them trying to charge me for extra stuff that wasn't even on there like extra cheese when my Subway had no cheese at all, of any kind no cheese; This is very suspicious because all the employees are doing it it's almost if the boss is telling Them to do it; because after I caught them the 5th time they acted like it never happens.
God awful. Just another chain trying desperately to hold on to their place in the market. Sorry Subway it's no good. Get rid of the turkey based meats. Also your bread blows. I gave you all my business for years but after my last visit I must say farewell, ado, bye bye.
Subway is always a favorite for us on road-trips. The restrooms are clean, the bread is fresh , the prices are reasonable, and the workers are generally friendly. This place is a very nice sandwich shop in a very nice area. We love the turkey sub!
Good service but they absolutely have to lower their prices it's just ridiculous $27.00 for two sandwiches?! C'mon guys I could've made my own at home FOR FREE. Book a table now
Sometimes, you can really tell how old the food is, especially the bread, which can be a bit stale at times.
