I've decided to create an online account and try ordering online since I didn't have much time during my break. I arrived 10 minutes before the pickup time and patiently waited near the online order shelf for 7 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready. I finally went to the register to ask about my food. They had just set my sandwich on the counter without announcing that it was ready. By then, it was cold. I asked them to refund the card I used to order. A good way to lose customers. I won't be back.
This location has a drive-thru, which I appreciated since the other nearby location was crowded with app orders. Fortunately, this spot wasn’t busy at all. The store had a pleasant ambiance with good lighting and was very clean! The customer service was exceptional, and all the food was fresh. My sandwich was absolutely delicious. I will definitely return!
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The drive-thru speaker wasn't working, and after waiting for almost 10 minutes, an employee finally waved me to the window. I ordered the Philly cheese sandwich, but it had very little meat and was mostly bread. I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here.
Today I attempted to use the drive thru because I had my dog. Someone came over the speaker and said one moment and never returned to take my order. I ended up leaving after 10 minutes of waiting and there were no customers in the dining room and nobody in the drive thru but the restaurant was open. Book a table now

This location is understaffed. Only one person working. I went in the drive thru, my a/c wasn't working. Had to wait for the customers inside to be helped first, even though I got to the speaker before they went inside. I left without ordering because it was way too hot to wait.
really not hard to make a sandwich and follow instructions , 40 min wait for two sandwiches . bunch of ghetto cracked out people walking around that area .
Twice I've stopped here and both times they were short on product and help. Each time it took the employee several minutes to even acknowledge me Book a table now
