Today I came in around 6:30 pm and the guy said he was closed, saying "look at the lights, they're off" very rudely and refused to take my order. If you all close before 7 pm, why does it say you're open until 8 pm? Get this fixed so people don’t waste their time coming to this Subway during their 30-minute lunch break expecting a sandwich but instead getting rude service from the same guy every single day. I just want a sandwich and some good service, there's no need to be rude every time I show up. There’s definitely no reason why they should be closing so early; if they’re understaffed, get more staff. And if they have to close early because of it, change your hours so people aren’t disap...
Avoid the short older Filipino guy that works there. Doesn't talk in complete sentences and hard to understand. I asked him for a cup of ice for the bottled drink I purchased with my meal and at first he lied and said he didn't have any cups and then he pulled one out from under the counter and said it would cost me $2 which of course I didn't buy. Sandwich was terrible bread was squashed and deformed and he put the bare minimum of fillings. Worst completely ignored my request for honey mustard sauce so sandwich was completely dry. Since this was a mobile order I didn't find out until I started eating the sandwich.
I work near this location and come here about once a week for lunch. The staff, a tiny bit on the slower side, is very friendly and they always greet me with a smile. As usual, the sandwiches are fresh and made to order....always hits the spot.I'll sometimes use the Subway App if I'm running tight on time. It is always reading for pick up on the side shelf. Or, I try to come before 11:30AM or after 1pm.Overall, this is my local Subway Shop with charming imperfections, friendly staff members, and delicious sandwiches. Thank you.
