If you want someone making your sandwich with an attitude, definitely come here. Hispanic redhead named Kris snarked about me to her employee Leo in front of me without shame. I asked her to put chipotle mayo and she put mayo, no biggie, she proceeds to scrape off the mayo and place it onto the rolling paper the sandwich is on. I thought to myself, okay, she's gonna put the sandwich onto a new rolling paper, she continues to try and roll the sandwich up before I caught her and told her that I wanted it on a new piece of paper. The food quality a JM is very good. Everything is always fresh, and the employees are always friendly. The only issue I have ever had with JM is the prices. They offer a Mini sandwich which is small. It will set you back $7.15 at this location (prices vary by location). I know they have large labor costs, but they don 't really seem to offer many daily specials here (like that other Huge chain) that has improved in the last 2 years. I feel the best deal here is the giant sandwich for under $17.00. Enough to share. Either way, great employees, and great tasting sandwiches.
I ordered a breakfast flatbread, and was charged 25% more than the advertised price on the menu board. I asked the employee about the discrepancy, and he said that they probably just didn't update the menu board when they raised prices. He didn't seem to think that false advertising like this was a problem, nor did he offer to point it out to management so they could update the price board. The mediocre food was not worth the high price, and I will not support a business that finds it okay to use deceptive business practices like this.
First, they added so many restrictions to their coupons there was nothing left to order. Then, for 2 years they have been honoring all coupons even expired ones since they are the same every week and didn't tell me till I was already ready to pay. They didn't even have it posted or willing to help in any way it was pretty much too bad!! I'll never go to this location again. Book a table now
i ordered online a veggie patty wrap with everything and i got no veggie patty i was very disappointed with my food ,the employee didn't think to double check on the order that she was making i think she needs EXTRA work on making sure the order is correct but i will not be ordering here again .
Will not honor subway coupon for three foot-long for $1799 they tell you the subway will not pay them back. It's a bunch of ****.
