I have had nothing but bad experiences with this Subway, mainly involving not being able to order the Rotisserie-Style Chicken sandwich. This has happened twice. The other times I've ordered in the last year, the order was wrong in one way or another, mainly involving adding or not adding vegetables (not putting pickles, but adding banana peppers, which I didn't ask for). I don't know if it's incompetence or what, but I'm fed up with this Subway. I will never go here again. Mind you, the H Street one is also bad, so I guess I'll have to go to the Ocean Ave ones.
Going before the dinner rush, there was no line and I received phenomenal service! The young woman who made the sandwiches was very welcoming, did not make me feel rushed when ordering, and made one of the best sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwiches Subway could offer! I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door by a nice girl named Maribel. She went out of her way to make my sandwhich immaculate. I appreciate the thoughtfulness she put into crafting my perfect sub, which I feel lacks in the rest of the subways in town. She sold my heart and I will be back again!
Waste of time, out of ingredients Don’t have ingredients to their own new series of sandwiches. They said they refund me. Will take several day. I don’t trust them at all. I have to expect they stole my money. They didn’t offer anything for compensation.
BEST subway in all of the 805. Christian and Maria are 100% BOMB. Very helpful and accommodating. Always fresh ingredients. The place is spotless and easy parking. I go here every time I get subway. The best choice of all we have in Lompoc. A
