I used to go to Subway frequently, but after COVID-19, I got out of the habit. I stopped by this location on December 2nd, 2023, at 10:15 a.m. and asked for 30 seconds to look over the menu since I was no longer familiar with it. The lady gave me a displeased look as if I was wasting her valuable time. I asked what the day's special was, and she grew impatient and said we don't have specials anymore. Instead of trying to be helpful, she turned and said let me know when you are ready in an impatient tone. What a great way to welcome back to Subway! I just left without buying anything. Who knows when the next time I will try Subway.

Instead of offering assistance, she turned away and told me to let her know when I was ready, in a clearly annoyed tone. What a great way to welcome me back to Subway! I ended up leaving without making a purchase. Who knows when I might try Subway again.
Subway is a FRAUD, freshly slicing no they are not. When to get a salad and all their meats were prepared sliced. I asked about the freshly slicing and the employee said it was sliced in the shop. Have worked in many delis I looked at their brand new slicer and it has never been used. And then the salad he put whole of meat and cheese and did slice it into pieces. All I can say is I tried it and definitely will be going back to Jersey Mikes.
The woman working today, January 10th, at 1 PM was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I requested a small cup, she curtly informed me that their machine was down and that she couldn't provide it. I explained that I wanted it for my bottle of spirits, but she still refused, saying she couldn't help me. I even offered to buy a cup; she was selling water cups for $2.17. This was the most disappointing service I've ever encountered. Book a table now
If u want the most unwelcoming no smile staff this is ur subway. Wow this place sucks super slow service. Mrs. No smile making the sandwich was like sap dripping from a tree slow. Mrs no smile in the back was a peach once she came out to help finally. The pissed look on her face was awesome. Never going back to this fun festival. What a joke.
I went to this subway on Thursday last week and this evening, and both shifts had the best customer service I've ever had at a subway. The employees were very friendly and welcoming. I actually live a little closer to another one but this is officially my go to subway, because of the employees here. Thanks!
this is terrible- they gave me sandwich with undercooked roll-when i brought it back within 10 minutes-would not give me refund and tried to tell me bread was fine-it is not!!!! do not go here!
They calculated my foot long subway 10.54$ and I asked why then they fixed 9.54$ as I said I come and bought everyday Book a table now
If you don’t like where you work then find another job. Service is really bad. I don’t recommend this place.
