The female employees are always rude and the soda machines are disgusting. I got a root beer a few days ago and it tasted funny and there was a big chunk of I don't know what... it just disgusted me... the machines are supposed to be cleaned at least bi-weekly and the hoses for the fountain drink need to be changed when the machines are cleaned... I would give this place no stars if that was an option... Don't go here Wheelchair accessibility: There are 2 wheelchair accessibility parkings right in front of the building.
Yelp needs a 0 stars option because of places like this. I'm a local and used to come to this location because it's convenient. There was a manager, a short lady with short hair, before who was kind to every person that walked through the door. It's sad to say I'll be making the drive to other locations or even waiting to one near work in Encino. 0 customer service. The lady with the tattoos in her hands doesn't greet, doesn't acknowledge customers, and doesn't care if one comes back or not.
The staff at the restaurant were busy chatting while a long line of customers was building up, and they didn’t seem concerned at all. Meanwhile, the manager was occupied cleaning and restocking dressings instead of addressing the queue. Although there were enough employees present to assist customers, it was clear that the manager was not effectively managing the situation.
These employees are soo slow. Some people(me) only have 30 mins lunch break and are in a hurry. Spent the whole break at this place just ordering sheesh. They should hurry up and help the customers instead of talking to each other. Book a table now
Very bad. The staff was very slow, it took 35 minutes for 3 large sandwiches and 5 small ones 3 small ones, the 4 broccoli soups had a bad taste, they were very watery as if they were spoiled, I really wouldn't want to go back
lazy employees!!! the guys slow...preparing a sub .. i was in line more than 30 mints . hot inside !!! i left the place ... mad than saying anything...
After a drink at Starbucks a good lunch brake at subway to gain some fuel nice and friendly staff enjoyed my meal there would recommend
