I have ordered delivery through the app quite a few times, I don't have a car right now. Every single time they have forgotten something and/or also made a mistake with the food. I don't want to write a whole story of each event, but this last time I was fed up. I've made complaints, and they give you a free sandwich, but that wasn't going to cut it. I made my order, they called to say they were out of bread. I asked if they could make them into wraps, she was confused but we figured it out, but I was asking what kind of wrap, like a lettuce wrap? Still confused. I just said yes. They gave us tortilla wraps, which I understand you can't make them into foot longs but that's still disappointin...
Went to order a toasted sandwich and it toasted five seconds before the employee took it out, then I said is that toasted and she said yeah you want it longer so I said please thinking it was a fluke. My husband got his toasted and wasn't paying attention. We started eating and his sandwich was cold. Brought it to her attention and she said oh well it's broken and they don't want to buy us a new one. Regardless of that clearly she knows it takes a few cycles for it to toast so just have the common sense to provide good service. Paid 28 bucks for two meals and the employee was incredibly rude. Someone get her a new oven so she can stop being so angry.

was never aknowleged at all. 5 minutes i stood there. i said. , im leaving without food. it was 8:30 pm on a sat.nite. they didnt say a word.nite. im at home eating cereal now.. was going to try something on the new menu. but i may never eat there again. not when those 2 girls are working Book a table now

This particular subway on Ocean by the boy's and girl's club is off the chain, she was working alone an it was still clean ???? I'll be back to that one the others are wak ??
