The establishment appears clean, but they don’t provide a sink for hand washing. If you need to wash your hands, you have to do it in the soda machine, which seems like a violation of food safety regulations. The food is what you would expect from Subway, but the real issue is the woman who prepares the food. She has a terrible attitude and lacks any sense of customer service. I do not recommend this particular location, and I definitely won’t be returning.
Horrible! The lady that made my sandwich had a horrible attitude. She never asked what kind of bread I wanted just started making the sandwich on whatever kind of bread she pulled out first. She then proceeded to put 5 pieces of meat on my sandwich and when I asked for more she caught an attitude. I also got a cookie and my cookie is hard as a brick. I can literally take it and knock somebody out with it. Highly disappointed!
Subway has a buy-one-get-one-free deal on footlongs when ordered through the app. I used the online coupon and made the trip to the store, only to find out that my order was canceled because they didn't want to accept the coupon. There are no details on the coupon specifying that it’s only valid at participating locations.
It takes a real kinda of low intelligence to work here. Like the guys that prepare your sandwiches, have a whole conversation while making your sandwich, and keep asking what you want on your sandwich ?. I paid through the app using a buy one, get one coupon. When I arrived at the store and mentioned my name, the staff went to the back and canceled my order, stating that they do not accept coupons. This has happened to me several times.
I've been visiting this subway for over a year and a half and at different times of the day. Have always had a good experience. The food has always been good, and the breads are fresh.
Very unpleasant, made me wait to take my order even when the place was completely empty. Won't be going back here idk how they are still on business.
