Entered for the hero special. Before I continue, I will tell you that I often frequent this place. Today I came with my husband, who could not get out of the car because he is just recovering from knee surgery. She would not give him the sandwich because he was not physically in the store. She saw him sitting in the handicap space in front of the store. I asked her why she would not accommodate a handicapped person who is a regular visitor. Alma stated it was what her owner told her to do. I will never return and will tell my family and friends not to patronize.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. After eating a tuna sandwich, I got very sick and had to visit the ER twice. I reached out to the owner, but she insisted that everything was fine with the tuna and removed it from the menu. However, I can't help but think the issue might have been with the sandwich's other ingredients, like the lettuce, spinach, or tomatoes, as that was the only thing I ate. I fell ill about an hour or two after my meal and have been unwell for four days. I've been a regular at Subway, ordering their sandwiches at least once a month for years, but I will never return to this place again!
I visited this restaurant on November 8, 2023, for lunch with some colleagues. We ordered sandwiches, drinks, chips, and cookies. When my colleague and I requested a cup for water, the two Mexican ladies working there denied our request. They informed us that they do not provide cups for water and insisted that we must purchase either a fountain drink or bottled water instead. Their attitude was also quite poor, and they were exceedingly rude. Additionally, the sandwiches we received were unexpectedly small compared to those from other Subway locations I’ve been to.

The rudest subway service in the Bay Area. The two Mexican service ladies are the same on rude and bad service level. One lady really coughed into sandwich she was handling for me. On another incident, one of ladies gave me a facial attitude when I asked for some more dashes of oil. One lady tried peeking on the receipt to see if any tip was on it. Definitely there was no tip for rude service.
I generally love Subway and I enjoy their sandwich a lot. But this was my worst subway experience. Even after asking multiple times, they put barely any veggies. My sandwich is less than half of the size it generally is. It tasted like I was just eating bread with
Do not use EBT SNAP to purchase food from this place. I got skimmed there, This is the last place I would come to for a sandwich. It is the only subway I know that accepts EBT SNAP and unfortunately now I know why.
The service is horrible. The women were extremely rude and I saw them coughing and sneezing over the sandwiches, it was disgusting to see . This happened on 11/26/22 at 11:30 am . AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS Book a table now
Worst subway I have encountered, very stingy on the sandwich fillings, asked for a glass of water, they said they don't have one. Not coming here again.
