First, I love Chinese food. We moved to this area and we try new food all the time. We figured we try a spot close to home, plus my office speaks very highly of Sultan wok. Chinese food is my FAVORITE ! So this was a big disappointment.We ordered wonton soup, chicken lo mein, fried wings, cheese wontons, and pork fried rice. The wonton soup was bland, tasted like yellow water with weird textured wontons. The smell was not the typical scent one would get from the soup. I've been a customer for years. I experienced a terrible customer service about a complaint for salty foods. I drove 45 minutes from the funeral to get food and then drove another 30 minutes to home 9:15 clock just to realize that the eating had too much salt in it. I couldn't eat anything, and I had to make something to eat. I called the next day to complain that eating was too salty and there was no excuse, but a confrontation from the owner/employe who called me. it was excessively rude, screamed too time and said they would only refund or replace unspoiled foods. during the return she cried again and told me never to order from her restaurant again, which I will never do again. go somewh...
