I honestly never wanted to spend a lot of money on a wedding cake. My mom was the one that a insisted we have enough cake for all of the guests. The only cake I ever want for any event especially my wedding is Suzie Cakes. Everyone raved about it and for Covid we put the cut slices in individual boxes so that everyone could take their cake home which most people were happy to enjoy later that night or the next day. I would tell every bride skip the fancy cake and just get a Suzie Cake. My only complaint would be that they wouldn't deliver it to my parents house for the wedding so someone had to go pick it up, but that could have just been a Covid related issue.
Update: Again with fantastic service and cupcakes!!!! Tried the chocolate with vanilla frosting this time! Fantastic! Excellent staff, service, and Susie's cakes! Fantastic red velvet cupcakes. Probably the best of any chain. Tip our frontline more!!!
Manhattan Village is a perfect place for this sweet little Bakery. Everything here is ridiculously good and the smell is mesmerizing!
Oh boy. It's isn't a birthday without cake. The cupcakes are perfection and the frosting/cake combos are excellent.
