Serendipity. Am I dreaming? So pinch me! How exciting can it be to find a pair of bakers doing a drool-worthy business in their own home? A French baker AND a Filipino sidekick? They do a weekend (Saturday) business at this point, as they both still have weekday jobs to wrestle. Wow! The mango float is amazing! Next time I’m ordering the full tray. It reminds me of a tres leches cake but with a twist of perfectly ripe Philippine mangos. So creamy with an added crunch from the crushed nuts. I highly recommend this decadent dessert!
My husband’s favorite pie is banana cream so I ordered him one from here for his birthday. He said it was the best banana cream pie he’s ever had so I think we have a winner ?. I agree, it was delicious!
