The frozen yogurt here is good but the customer service is horrible, I've been here a few times and EVERY time there is a moody person at the cash register. They don't offer military discount and almost every time I have to sample the yogurt because they will have past due yogurt and I have pointed out that one will taste weird or too sour like it went bad and the gentleman just nods like he knew and says to get a new one!! If you know it went bad why not just get rid of it ?!?! This place is ok but TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTITUDE
Their animal policy states that people with service animals and who are not visibly disabled will not be able to enter the establishment with their service animal. Terrible policy, does not comply with federal regulations, and is so discriminatory helllooo... not everyone who has a disability is in a wheelchair!!!Franchise note: first time I 've ever seen taro in a froyo establishment.
They say they're open from 12AM-10PM but they are not. I think they might mean 12PM-10PM but I just drove 25min to get here so it's pretty annoying. Even their building has incorrect signage about the times open.
