A great place to get Sichuan style food and it never disappoints. When you eat in everything is always fresh and made to order. The portions (especially the noodles) are significant and the cost is very reasonable. The food at this restaurant was fantastic and incredibly flavorful. I ordered the vermicelli ground pork dish and the sauce/soup was absolutely delicious. The portions were quite generous for the price, in fact, I couldn't even finish the medium size portion I ordered! However, I was disappointed with the service provided by the waitress. She never came to check on us after serving our food, even when we ran out of water halfway through our meal. The size of the bowl for the price was well worth it. The broth was delicious and full of flavour! I got the machine made noodles with beef and I literally left nothing in the bowl.I gave it three stars for atmosphere but I don’t mean that in a bad way it’s not the kind of place I go to looking for some amazing atmosphere. It’s just no frills delicious food plain and simple. Really look forward to trying other dishes!
After a glowing recommendation from a friend, we decided to give this place a try. And we were not disappointed. We both ordered the homemade spinach noodle bowl, with spicy ground pork for me and not too spicy chicken for my wife. The portions were generous, but we thoroughly enjoyed every bite. We will definitely be returning to A6 for what is undoubtedly the finest elevated Chinese cuisine in Hamilton.
