The service is consistently poor. On several occasions, I’ve gone to pick up a mobile order that was supposedly ready, only to wait for 15 minutes while they searched for any record of my order. They repeatedly asked for my name and order number, and eventually informed me they would start making it from scratch. Once, they even looked at the receipt on my phone, which had the Taco Bell address on it, and questioned whether I was sure I had ordered from Taco Bell.
more regular food and a sitdown area to be with games and taco bell toys. masala and regular food to me is just food with no dead bodies in it. may those that passed find justice and peace. and please do not come to life if youre getting killed. masala chicken and horse and human and etc.Vegetarian options: more regular /vegan options more toys and sitdown area
In the 23 years, I’ve been in Alameda this restaurant has changed looks many times, but it looks like recently changed again very space like and now they pretty much have no cashiers only machines. That still the food came out quickly still tasted like the same food atmosphere was just a little off because of how spaced it was, but it was pretty chill.

This is the cleanest taco bell I've ever been in. The staff are friendly and the food actually looks like it does in the ads (no miniscule meat servings as is common at other locations).
The prices have gone up, making the food feel less worthwhile. However, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. This is also the cleanest Taco Bell I’ve ever encountered.
