We got home… there was hair in the mashed potatoes clearly not any of ours (it was BLACK). We called and asked to speak to the manager on duty. Well, we were very nice at first, and he told us everyone in that kitchen was wearing a hairnet all day, so there’s no way it could’ve happened… We replied telling him it was gross to have hair in the food in the first place, but to deny it and not fix it is even more disgusting. He told us we were disgusting, and if we didn’t like it, to not go there… So that’s how it will be!
2 cars in line...me being the 2nd. Just to order took 15 minutes. Another 10 to pay... then an additional 10 to get my food. Food that I received was wrong, cold and the chalupa tasted like old fryer oil and was broken and a burnt cracker. Inedible. Now I don't have high expectations with fast food but this was very disappointing to have wait so long for such a bad food and a incorrect order. Good luck turning that location around.
Hadn 't eaten breakfast, and it was after 3, so I decided on a 5 piece big box meal . Thankfully, I ordered 2 sides because I would have received more chicken on a McDonalds sandwich.The booths and tables weren 't being wiped down between guests, and I dont know how many times our booth had been filled to accumulate the amount of crumbs on the seat, and buttery smudgy messes on the table,but it had probably been a couple.
Service is overwhelmingly slow. The lobby is often closed. Food is either a hit or a miss whether it's fresh or not. Book a table now
