I was greeted by a worker unenthusiastically. I asked about their new chicken taco. She just pointed at the menu without saying anything. I couldn't find what I was looking for, so I just ordered a crunchwrap supreme with black beans. She charged me for a crunchwrap with a black beans upcharge. I received the receipt and asked if it was adding black beans or if it was without the meat. She went back to the kitchen to tell them to make it with substitute beans instead of adding beans. Didn't even offer to refund the charge. I had to ask for the refund when I got my food. Not a great experience at all.
Made an online order for pickup at 12:45. Showed up at pickup time and order had not been sent to kitchen. We did not receive order until after 1pm. A huge group of movers walked in after us and ordered a lot and they got their food before us and did not have a mobile order. Horrible customer service. And to top it off we got no utensils and they forgot and item in my order.I WILL NEVER DO AN ONLINE ORDER WITH THIS LOCATION AGAIN! IDIOTS!
This is the only decent Taco Bell in town! They actually have staff and are always open. The service here is incredibly fast, which is a big contrast to the other Taco Bell on Santa Rosa—definitely avoid that one. It closes about three hours early and takes over half an hour just to get three tacos. This Taco Bell is also in a great central location, making it super convenient.
This is the second time I've gotten lower quality soft chicken taco with avocado sauce.. still tastes good just wish the other half was chicken as well? they put literally all the topping to the other side to make up for it.. I guess? (Bought thru app, no interaction)Other one taco was at least balanced haha Book a table now
This restaurant boasts friendly staff, delicious food, and clean restrooms. I highly recommend visiting if you're in search of tasty meals at an excellent price. It's the best Taco Bell in San Luis Obispo to visit in the evening.
