Do not order from this place every time I go there, the food is never ready. They don't know what they're doing; they're so busy talking amongst themselves that they don't even prepare the food, and you're waiting for 15 minutes for an order that should have been ready before you got there!!!!! The staff completely sucks, right up to the manager, if you can even find them, because they're busy in the back texting, scrolling through the internet, not making food while the other worker is out on the floor sitting, having her breakfast slowly.
just went in there (new years eve) first off guy taking orders talked and talked but didnt listen to how you want your food. You explain 5 times and in the end its still wrong. Chalupas fell apart before even got them home from all the grease.. food was all cold (i live maybe 3 min drive from Taco Bell). only thing decent was the nacho fries.. $33 wasted...
William B served us at the Meriden, CT location and his customer service was incredible! My wife and I stopped there late night after coaching my high school basketball game and he had to be the friendliest person we have ever met at a fast food restaurant. Thank you for the great service William.
I never received my cinnamon bite things. They were like 3 dollars for 2. I also had a broken cup, with a slit so as my freeze melted slowly started to leak out the cup. That drink was 4 dollars. The service was slow for there being no one inside and 2 cars in drive thru. Book a table now
Drive thru wait is crazy long. They take two cars orders every 5 minutes not sure if there are enough workers but I could of read a whole Harry Potter book before getting my food
I Had ordered Delivery From their app and the driver must of taken the Chalupa I had ordered, but Bill Took care of it And even gave me a drink and remade my box Very Nice
