Passing through the drive-through and ordering 2 Baja Blasts, when we got to the window the worker was yelling at others about how they were out of Baja Blast. Instead of checking with us, they spent the next 5-10 minutes arguing with each other while trying to get the Baja Blast flowing again. We would have preferred to get our food that was already on the counter, choose another drink, and leave. Plus, once they finally got things flowing, they filled both cups entirely with ice, pressing the ice button multiple times until it was overflowing, then filled the remaining little space with the soda. The employees are slow as snails and don’t care about customers. I had to wait a half hour for two soft tacos and when they still could not provide them after that time I asked for a refund. I was told that I couldn’t get one because there is no manager. I had to eat my money instead of my tacos I left.
This place is a nightmare. The high star reviews must be faked by the owner. Absolute circus here. Worth a visit for entertainment value I guess. Otherwise steer clear of this location.
