I placed an order nearly a week ago where half of my order was missing. I reached out to customer service almost immediately to resolve it. Instead of refunding my order as I asked, they waited days before even contacting me and instead "compensated" me by giving me a free item I didn’t want. They are now ignoring any further requests to refund my items.
When are you guys getting a manager? Spent $33 on food just to get 4 bean burritos and nothing I ordered. I don't even go to this one anymore because of how bad it is but sent my kids and thought they would go to the one by Arby's. This place needs a new owner who will hire people who will at least try to the job. SMH horrible experience again

I go to this Taco Bell occasionally on my 30 mins lunches and Ive come to find out they have an amazing crew! Most of them are very hard workers and really do put the time into making my food the best they can. Shoutout to Mary and Julia they made the best Crunchwrap I’ve ever had! Book a table now
My daughter drags me here constantly and while they may not get all your order right all the time, but they Def have beautiful females(lol no stranger danger ; which kind of makes up for that quesadilla with no sauce instead of extra imo. ??
You can’t go wrong when you’re hungry and need a quick burrito/taco. Taco Bell’s food has always been consistently good. You can’t go wrong with the price as well. Yo quiero Taco Bell!!
I’m sure they were short staffed but 30 minutes to get order then it was cold and gross. And the same thing happened last time.
