Taco Bell - Table reservation

My daughter had the easiest order: 2 bean sour cream burritos without cheese. TWICE she couldn 't get it right and was very rude, making faces when she asked for a remake. Totally incompetent. How do you get 2 ingredient burritos wrong? I called got a person named Angie that claimed to be a mgr. She said my kid asked for cheese when she is allergic, it was on the receipt that I sent her back inside with NO CHEESE , yet this girl said she ordered cheese. Ok. The manager didn 't know how to answer the phone, either. Didn 't want to tell me her name until the 3rd time I asked for it. We love this place....a majority of the time our orders are correct.....my kids prefer this over McDonald's!Vegetarian options: Many options... add and subtract many items to meet your needsDietary restrictions: Options....options you can add and subtract many items to meet your needs!Parking: You cannot drive by the drive thru lane like most places to get out when leaving. When they are very busy it becomes an issue with the entrance and exit...and so many cars in drive-thru.Kid-friendliness: No place to play....BUT my kids tacobellWheelchair accessibility: Parking....ramps ect.....

Never made well. Food is usually not hot. Have been served rotten beans. And now they took away the only options that came with veggies and beans or rice that isn't $6 a piece (so I can order no meat or dairy) so my family will no longer be coming here.Vegetarian options: Waste of time. They just took away the only decent vegan/vegetarian options.
