first they turn outside lights, so it is like the load closed! so you wouldn't go! second, we order cheese chasadillas with extra cheese and jalapeños. so the dame name heather she is short little dame rudest about the attack and give us chickenerquesadillas and did not give additional witness that we order when we went back to replace it, she was like me my queen give back! and did not even apologize. she even makes faces when they order other people! the dame is called heather o. she is a small black woman. people when they go ther and look like business is closed, but it is open!
I have to edit my review. And yes I will give this location on Balltown Road five stars. It was very clean the staff was very friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. But I can't say the same about the Altamonte location. The staff plays around too much, my order was constantly getting messed up and it wasn't clean all the time how a restaurant should be. Taco Bell has always been my favorite fast food restaurant and always will be. But the Balltown Road location is a location I'm going to constantly go to for now on.
Who doesn't love Taco Bell! We had to come get some of those nacho fries now that they're back! They are soooo good! We ordered the chicken chalupa combo and the nacho fry combo with some extra nacho fries on the side. Everything was yummy! The only bad thing was that they forgot one of our nacho cheese cups.
by Drive-Thru. I'm in the window and they tell me that no whn was available for another 10 minutes. I didn't say everything I ordered was huh. it was said that they would move into the parking lot and bring me my food, 20 minutes later, no order yet. no fan. food: 3/5
