Worst experience with app. Claimed order never went even though several notifications of app claimed it was ready. Went to mobile order pickup and called the number. No one in the store answered. There were already 15 cars in the car thru. Wing back to pick up mobile orders and went to the door to be greeted by an employee who cries to me, does not come to the store. Staff were rude and dismissed. Wouldn't help me and tell me I had to contact the app owner (the Taco Bell App) and close the door to me. Spent 25 minutes waiting to finally report this problem to companies and get a refund for my $20 order. I never go to this place again. Not recommended.
