I tried calling two different Taco Bell locations and no one answered at either one. Is it difficult for them to pick up the phone while they are working? I am always able to answer my phone at work.
I ordered the hot ranch fries, but they accidentally gave me the hot ranch fries burrito instead. When I brought it to their attention, they fixed it right away and were very respectful and kind.
