Taco Bell - Table reservation

I got the 2 person online deal; basically only got one bag of nacho chips as the other had almost none in the bag might as well had crumbs, one soft shell you could tell they did not drain out the grease because it leaked everywhere. The crunch wraps were as flat as the hard shell they put in them barely any ingredients at all might as well had been eating a soft shell and hard shell.The large strawberry freeze was more of a medium as it was the same size as my medium starry drink. The deal was just that a good deal but where I want quality over quantity I would stick to any other taco bells in the area.The person in drive thru was nice, but I noticed they were always on their cell phone and...

went inside to order. used the kiosk so i know my order was punched in correctly. ordered the rolled chicken tacos (which cost $5) didn’t get them. instead they were replaced with cheese roll ups which are only a $1. they didn’t even ask for a substitute. employees were cracked out. like if you’re out of something just let us know any don’t assume substitutes.

The last 5 times at this location I am either missing something from my order or something is completely wrong. Train your expeditors to actually read and check the order, this is ridiculous how consistent this has been hopefully every 6th times the charmParking: I don’t care about your parking situationREAD YOUR TICKETS!

I’ve been to this specific location during breakfast hours, and dinner hours, and every time my burritos were colder than the ice berg that sank the Titanic…

I went inside and saw them serve 6 or 7 cars and still didn't say anything to me until I started to ask if I could
