"I have been a long term customer of Tara Thai in Bethesda and recently took advantage of a promotional to receive a $15 credit on a future bill after achieving 10 postings on a promotional card. The credit was recently discontinued, but the manager at Bethesda at that time indicated that as long as the 10 credits were achieved, the promotional card could be used at any time for the $15 credit. During my last visit the current manager indicated that the filled card was no longer usable and no credit would be allowed, and that no one at Tara Thai would have said that even the completed card could be used after the expiration date.
